Most frequent questions and answers

We ship to almost every country, Yes we ship internationally. However, there are locations that might not be serviceable to our logistic partners. You will be able to see shipping methods at the checkout page if we are shipping to that specific Country/Locations 

Changing the shipping address of orders that are already shipped is not possible. But if you want to update the shipping address for future orders, you can do it from the My Account dashboard. 

If your order is not shipped, then you can get in touch with us and we will modify your order. Additional shipping charges might be applicable depending on the products you want to add

Since we ship internationally, we try our best to make sure that customer receive the right product by implementing various packing strategies. 

We ship our orders through DHL, FedEx, 4PX and other express shipping methods. If you want to have a preferred courier of choice, please contact us directly.  

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. But if the order contains a Back ordered product, then that order will only be shipped once the back ordered product is back in stock.

Since we ship internationally, efforts are made to prepare the order, pack it with high quality materials and standard procedures.
